The ATB-300 Audio Toolbox AES Synchronous Audio Switcher
NEW! The ATB-300 Audio Toolbox from BDI is a rack mounted solution to switching and routing in the digital or analog domain. The ATB-300 can be ordered in eight different configurations. The basic configuration is the ATB-300-1 that accepts four AES3 inputs, that can be switched and routed to four AES3 outputs. If analog input is required in addition to AES3, the ATB-300-2 has four analog balanced stereo inputs in addition to the four AES3 inputs. The ATB-300-3 has AES3 I/O and analog output, if AES3 and analog I/0 are required. The ATB-300-4 is analog only L/R I/O and the ATB-300-5 provides four AES3 I/O and four balanced stereo I/O. The AES-302 AES3 Switcher/DA/Decoder
The AES-302 is a two input AES3 switcher/DA/decoder with silence sensor, error detector and power fail feed through. This product is a versatile addition to any transmitter or studio plant. The 5.1 Plus Stereo Monitor Controller
The 5.1 Plus Stereo Monitor Controller is designed to accept a multi channel 5.1 surround sound mix, and provides metering and one-knob control of the entire surround mix. Perfect for television, movie post production and control room environments where controlling a 5.1 multi channel mix via a single volume knob is needed.

The ACS-400 Audio Controller
The ACS-400 is an eight channel microphone preamplifier/line input audio controller with programmable remote control of channel level, dim and mute functions. An optional remote control panel is available to provide level and mute control of each channel. The unit can be configured so that one volume control can be used to control six channels for a 5.1 mix and still have a pair of channels for a separate stereo mix, in just one example. Volume control can be programmed for individual channel control or any combination of channels. This product is intended for applications where level management of multiple channels is required or where multiple microphone preamplification channels is required. The ACS-300 Audio Controller
The ACS-300 Six Channel Audio Controller was created to meet the demands of today's multi-channel audio environment. The unit is designed to accept six channels of audio and, upon remote control, dim all six channels by 10-, 20- or 30-db. A second command line mutes all channels simultaneously. There are also separate mute command lines for individual or grouped channel muting. The unit can support up to six channels simultaneously, three stereo pairs, or six individual channels. Uses include control of control room or studio monitors for 5.1 multi channel audio systems such as those found in digital television or HD radio applications. The overall dim function can be used for paging or intercom applications where it is desired to reduce the level of an entire monitor system so that page or intercom audio can be heard more clearly throughout a facility. The 8/16 Channel A/B Switcher
The 8/16 Channel A/B Switcher is a passive relay based switcher that accepts two sets of 8 or 16 channels that can be switched between; available in two models: either an 8- or 16-channel configuration. Use in any application where multiple switch connections are needed, such as studio switching, emergency switching or multi-channel audio switching. Simple ground start remote control and status are available from the rear panel. Front panel command and status buttons are standard. All connections are via DB-25 connectors. Signal connections conform to the Tascam D-88 standard for use with standard DB-25 to XLR break out cables, which are also available as an option from Broadcast Devices, Inc. The LPF-100 Composite Low Pass Filter
NEW! The LPF-100 Composite Low Pass Filter is a modern approach to filtering FM composite base band stereo audio. The LPF-100 offers at least 15 dB of noise reduction at 67 KHz and more than 30 dB of attenuation at 100 KHz. Distortion generated by aggressive processing techniques, noisy STLs and stereo generator birdies can now be suppressed effectively without materially impairing stereo performance. The LPF-100 is a tenth order, linear phase filter approach that is designed to work with any stereo generator output. The unit accepts 3.5 VPP base band audio and provides three level controlled, isolated 3.5 VPP nominal filtered outputs. Click here for more information.
The CTD-300 Composite To AES3 Converter
The CTD-300 Composite TO AES3 Converter allows you to cost-effectively convert an FM stereo composite STL link or analog stereo generator to AES3 for digital implementations. This unit accepts 3.5 VVP base band and converts it to a pair of AES3 outputs for application to digital equipment. Sample rate is adjustable between 32 to 96 KHz and de-emphasis is adjustable for 75 or 50 uS or can be defeated if desired. Click here for more information.
The CMP-300 Composite Mixer Distribution System
The CMP-300 mixes up to three inputs and distributes them to up to three exciters. The unit is perfect for combining FM stereo base band, SCA and RBDS signals together. The combined output is fed to a DA for application to up to three exciters. Combine and save as only one stereo, SCA and RBDS generator can feed multiple exciters. Wide band and DC coupled throughout means excellent stereo SCA and RBDS performance. Combines up to three sources and distributes the mixed output to up to three outputs for cost-effective distribution of FM stereo composite, SCA and RBDS data signals. The CDS-300 and CDS-302 Audio Switchers
The CDS-300 and CDS-302 both have three outputs, RBDS loop through and auxiliary port for the addition of the optional CTD-1 base band to AES3 output module. The CDS-300 is a basic two-input base band FM stereo audio switcher/DA. The CDS-302 is a two-input automatic switcher. Both units feature independent output level control and balanced or unbalanced input. The CDS-302 has a silence sensor for automatic switchover of input in the event of a link failure.
